Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD INDONESIA FOR BUILDING MATERIALS Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will responsible for managing and overseeing all company sales and operations activities, and ensuring that all functions are performed in a timely with established operations procedures, project management and requirements. This is a role for a high-calibre candidate to oversee the sales and operations of the achieve revenue and customer service goals, and Establish an overall country strategy, implement and execute the plans to ensure business objectives are achieved Work with relevant stakeholders to create a product road map for the region; to ensure that sales strategies and activities are integrated and aligned with the overall company objectives Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; set targets in areas like product mix, sales volume, market shares, business development, etc. Achieve profitable business relationships by identifying new opportunities, prospecting new clients and decision makers, and turn this into new business Provide a clear direction, lead, motivate and measure the performance of sales team and ensure company overall business targets are achieved Establish, develop and engage in positive relationship with existing and potential customers by building long term, sustainable relationships through open and interactive communications Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance consistently Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and ensure they are followed at all times To succeed in this role, you must have excellent relationships with contractors, architects, or interior designers with a minimum of seven years of experience expanding distribution channels preferably in the interior and exterior construction industry. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field 10 or more years in management with P&L responsibility and proven track record in delivering sales results in construction and building environment, strong operational knowledge of the company’s products and services are offered Detail-oriented with the ability to be hands-on in deploying and drive business transformation and organisational changes Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills. Experienced in lead and funnel management Strong understanding of the market and competitors. Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base Strategy account/territory Sales strategy development and execution Financial and analytical ability to look for data and understand the importance of metrics to drive the business. Entrepreneur spirit to be able to drive new and creative initiatives for both recovery and growth initiatives Excellent communication skills (across different cultural environment) to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/customers Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Sales driven, results-oriented and a team player
