Job Description : Group VP UAE Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 50K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE One of the leading Retail Group in the region, having major branches within UAE operating across GCC for high quality global brands at a competitive price for electronics Job Description: · Review ongoing policies and work with Chairman on revisions and make high-level decisions about upcoming business strategy · Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders by developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives · Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall mission · Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits based on company P&L feasibilities while applying skills from proven expertise in the group level · Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics · Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements through analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth in the industry Qualifications: · Open to Indian nationality · Male, 55 years old and below · Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role as Group VP in the UAE · Immediate joiners will be prioritized
