Job Description : Technology Program Manager/Project Manager (Telecom Industry ) Lob Location: Abu Dhabi /Dubai Related Job Experience: 10 + Years Job description General Program/Project Management, where candidates need to have all-round experience handling cross-functional Programs /Projects in technology domains 1. Responsible for end-to-end management of one or multiple allocated programs/projects in compliance with the program management framework, principles, and standards. 2. Responsible for tracking incoming demands and management of demands via allocating projects against specific demands. 3. Perform workflow management, by controlling high-level gating stages of programs. 4. Responsible to define, monitor and report on different types of KPI's. 5. Responsible to define program/project plans with dependencies, work breakdown structure, risks and issues, as well as track actuals against plan covering essentials such as scope, time, cost, quality, resources, procurement, risk, stakeholder, change, integration, impact analysis etc. 6. Responsible to identify, control and manage change in reference to allocated program / project. 7. Document and maintain all program / project related documentations such as project plan, charters, assignment matrix, risk register, project progress report etc. 8. Establish and maintain simplified and effective collaboration between TPM and stakeholders. 9. Responsible for timely reporting to management with different reports and dashboards on the projects/ programs under your responsibility. 10. Manage and Enable identification and allocation of key resources to the Project/Program 11. Responsible for KPI calculation for ISO Measures & Monitoring. 12. Responsible to perform analytics and calculation on financial records 13. Perform basic analytics and calculation on project records from project/ portfolio/ program management perspective, such as progress calculation, critical path etc. 14. Operational Plan preparation, finalization, approval, and maintenance. 15. Budget Master Plan preparation, finalization, approval, and maintenance. 16. Guidance and feedback to all members in the Program organization for establishing program plans and goals for various projects/milestones/tracks.
