Job Description : GM - Power Project Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (GMDC) is one of India's leading mining and mineral processing companies. GMDC has successfully diversified into thermal, wind and solar power generation. To energise our power portfolio, we need a GM - Power Project. B PROF Improvising the operations, increasing levels of output and maximising the financial returns in thermal power projects Overseeing all activities of the power plant, including Operations, Maintenance, Health, Safety & Environment and statutory requirements Ensuring all 0 & M activities are compliant with OEM requirements Assessing current operations and providing recommendations to improve the current levels of operations Ensuring minimum cost of power production and minimum fuel consumption as part of cost-saving initiatives Executing power generation in line with PPA with GUVNL This is a contractual position for 2 years + 1 year (extendable) and will be based out of our Akrimota thermal power station at Nani Chher in Kutch district.
