Job Description : Area Sales Manager for FMCG Manufacturing industry to be based out at East Africa. The Incumbents : 1. Must have 8+ years of working experience in a similar role. 2. Manage and lead the Sales teams to deliver to company sales volume and category targets, through current and new business, by supporting the Area Development Representatives, Market Development Representatives, Customer Representatives, and Merchandisers 3. To ensure achievement of Sales volume targets, Merchandising Standards, Customer service delivery, and local outlet management within the territory. 4. Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
