10 yearsJob Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR UAE leading food manufacturer in the UAE in search of a Commercial Director. We are looking for someone who will lead and grow all the revenue channels that the business is currently operating. This person will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and future development of the Retail, Distribution and E-commerce sectors of the business in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the CEO. We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities. The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth · Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon organizational goals and objectives · Oversee all financial strategy, management, and compliance to keep the CEO and leadership team informed with ready access to necessary reports, data, and performance metrics · Manage the Modern Trade Channel across the regions and export markets · Collaborate with the Retail Team to develop and deploy strategies to maximise revenue streams for all retail operations · Liaise with the Marketing & Ecommerce departments to develop new opportunities and grow the online business · Utilize market intelligence and performance data including benchmarking and horizon scanning to understand competitor standards and make improvements in service delivery accordingly to remain competitive · Lead on high-level relationships with Modern Trade Distributors and directly manage all market channels along with each related category directors. KEY INGREDIENTS · Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other related field - Master’s Degree is a plus · Minimum 10 years experience in a sales / commercial role managing relationships, key accounts and clients within the Food & Beverage or FMCG Industry · Proven experience in Implementing effective international commercial plans with an MNC or a large local player · In-depth knowledge of market analysis and financial budgeting · Excellent negotiation, sales and communication skills (English & Arabic).
