Store Manager

Job Description : Store Manager: Location : Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Experience - 1. Minimum experience of 8+ years in warehouse management/ in house store management. 2. Candidates with experience in Automobile industry will be highly preferred. 3. Experience with store management in logistics/transport company would be additional benefit. Responsibilities : 1. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplining staff at the store 2. Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees, checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through in the store 3. Managing the store inventory, including loss prevention through theft and breakage. 4. Procurement of stock as per demand & supply. 5. Forecasting the stock usage and maintaining the inventory at all times.
