Job Description : GROUP DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE IN ANGOLA Group Director of Food & Beverage in Angola. Our company is going to open a chain of 12 restaurants; eight of them located in Luanda and the other four in other main cities of the country. The food and beverage outlets are located inside shopping malls and hypermarkets, and we are looking for a strong leader to manage the entire operations. The successful candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in managing multiple outlets, be familiar with kitchen operations, possess strong leadership skills and be ready to manage a team of over 300 people. English language is a must and knowledge of Portuguese language could be a plus, but is not mandatory.
