Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR UAE Sales Director who will be responsible for 95m EUR business and lead a team of 180+ FTEs. Being a “change catalyst” she/he leads the development and the implementation of a multi-year customer-centric sales strategy and sets priorities to ensure Arla company remains “one step ahead” and “front-line obsessed”. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager – UAE/Oman/Qatar. Key Responsibilities Of The Role In the role, you would spearhead retail sales for UAE with the focus on setting and aligning the Sales vision and mid-term strategy across the organization and drive the MENA commercial excellence agenda. In doing so you will be responsible for delivering Volume Sales, Revenue Sales, Sales contribution, and Cash collection. Externally, you will be strengthening our existing relationships with the top retailers by turning them into true partnerships. Leading BDA negotiations with key customers is an important aspect of the success of this role. You will align the Trade Spend framework and capacity cost needed to meet the business targets with the finance department. You will be providing leadership to the demand planning team to improve sales forecast accuracy, depots replenishment, and Reduce Waste. You will have 7 direct reports and will be managing target setting, forecasting, and performance reporting for these direct reporters. From the vision of the building team of tomorrow, you will Identify capability gaps and address them through a learning & development plan to build a world-class retail sales team. Your profile You hold a Masters's degree in business administration with +15 years of experience in both category and customer management roles within reputed FMCG companies. You have demonstrated the ability to challenge and influence internal and external stakeholders with a high level of integrity and transparency. You have exceptional people management skills and the ability to lead a multi-cultural team. To be successful in this role, you must have an exceptional understanding of Category & P&L management, can build and drive joint business plans centered on growth metrics, net revenue management, Route to market strategies. With your strategic mindset and customer understanding, you are considered a trusted partner by customers. You are result-oriented and enjoy taking on challenges that invite you to cooperate in a multicultural global organization. With your Impactful personal and formal communication skills, you can create motivation across the department. To be ahead of time, good at identifying trends and opportunities in your functional domain.
