Job Description : VP THAILAND Vice President - Finance and Accounting (CEO-1) (x1 vacancy) has just become available at one of the integrated water business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a role for a talented individual who is a leader in their field. Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the candidate will play a key role in the dynamic accounting and finance team’s continued development and success in its new businesses and become a leader in the market. The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund. Develop strategic plan and guidelines for corporate finance and accounting to ensure alignment of direction, standards, and expected outcome across functions and support the realization of the business group’s vision, direction, and expectation Direct and oversee corporate finance function regarding financial planning, financial budgeting,financial operation, investment and financial risk management to ensure accuracy, transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness of key tasks, as well as financial stability and financial performance is in line with goals and target of the business group Direct and oversee financial accounting, e.g., financial accounting operations, accounting consolidation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost and expense monitoring, and corporate tax structure management, in order to ensure accuracy and alignment with accounting standards, and maximise benefits for the business group in achieving of business unit goals and targets Direct and oversee cash and liquidity management for the business group to ensure that the organisation's liquidity will be maintained appropriately and sufficiently with the right amount of funds to meet the business commitment and the ability to access cash efficiently when required To success in this role, you must have a strong background from M&A, strategy and understand accounting concept. Additionally you must possess the leadership skill and a solid experiences in managing financial accounting function in a dynamic business. Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, or related business fields More than 15-20 years of experience in Accounting & Finance with a significant portion of those years within a managerial/leadership function, preferably within the related industries CFO experience is preferred Updated knowledge on the global/local trends, policy, and legislations related to finance,accounting and economics Experience working within enterprise-wide strategy, planning, and execution of determined initiatives for company growth and stability Experience in providing recommendations to the CEO, board of director, leadership team, and senior management team about finance and accounting-related works to support organization’s vision Experience in M&A including deal valuation, negotiation, due diligence, deal structuring purchase/sale contracting, financing strategy, and integration of businesses
