Job Description : GM SALES AND MARKETING NIGERIA Duties & Responsibilities · Soybean Meal /Shea meal, Palm Kernel Meal & Rice Bran- Export & Nigeria- MT300K · Create Distribution Network -General / Institutional Meal Market · Sales Team development and Management · Manage the sales network and increase the customer base · Supervise the Team Target and achievement. · Manage the local and Global SND Animal Feeds and protein Meal. · Credit Controls and Customer credit appraisal · Market Intelligence · Prepare the team KRA and implement the SOP. · Close Co-ordination with Factory for the production · Explore trading opportunity in the product. Education Attributes Graduation or Post Graduation in Business Administration/ Accounts/ Management/ Science/ Arts Knowledge / Skills · Trading and Commercial Skills · Team management · Operate Under Pressure · Internal person skill. · Strong Hold on the customer and Market. · Communication · Problem Solving · Time Management · Results-driven · Making short-term strategy based on vision · Computer literacy and IT Skills Experience & Other Requirements · Minimum manager level sales experience of 15-20 years · Managed sales team of 10-15 members · Candidates who worked with Agri-commodity / MNCs are preferred · Basic computer skills like MS Word, Power point, Excel are required · Candidates with basic SAP knowledge are preferred
