Job Description : Business Director - India & South Asia Location: Mumbai Mandatory Industry Exposure: Specialty Chemicals/Dyes Education: B.E/B.Tech in Chemicals + MBA/PG Offer CTC: 1.0 Crore+ Candidate should possess close to 15 to 18 years in a senior leadership roles managing sales & commercial functions. Experience in adhesives/specialty chemicals or dyes/textile chem industry is a must. - Capable of leading the P&L results of multi-countries at APAC level - Experience in managing a large, multi-cultural team - Background in P&L responsibility for multi-country region, has built expertise in both developing and mature markets - Experience in challenging and complex markets, experience in both mature and developing economies. - Background on managing direct and indirect sales channels, agents, distributors and joint venture partners. Solid basis in finance and sales. Strong leadership capability. Proven strategic thinking and decision-making ability. Sound business acumen.
