Job Description : FACTORY OPERATIONS MANAGER NIGERIA Education Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech any Engineering Experince: Candidate should have 15+ years of Exp. in Power Plant, Pole Plant and Plywood Factory. Job Role: · Candidate has to manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing organization. · Candidate have to maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability. · Candidate have to direct the development of plans for the organization to achieve targets. · Candidate must be able to developing plans for the organization's progress and growth · Candidate should be able to subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met · Candidate have to reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required · Candidate have to assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of the organization. · Candidate have to delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability. · Candidate have to set an example for team members of commitment, manufacturing process expertise, work ethics, habits and personal character. · Candidate have to review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. · Candidate is responsible for enforces all company policies, including safety, production, quality, sales, human resources, customer service and accounting policies. · Candidate must be able to understands the technical aspects of the facility's manufacturing processes so as to provide support to departmental personnel. · Candidate have to constantly assesses the facilities operational efficiencies and seeks out opportunities to improve processes in an economic manner. · Candidate have strong operational experience with the ability to establish and measure KPIs. tro · Candidate have ability to maintain accurate records and capable of good documentation.
