Job Description : SENIOR CIVIL MANAGER NIGERIA 15+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities He should have adequate exposure in: · Production Planning · Raw Materials Planning · Roll Forming Operation · Most importantly Calculation of Roofing Materials and Accessories and Submission of Quotation against Clients requirement. OTHERS:- 1) Managing Daily Operations. (Production/Purchase/Planning/Sales) 2) Outstanding team management of Sales & Marketing, Manage Customer relationship and build relationship with new customers and develop and implement effective sales strategies. 3) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. 4) Technical discussion and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs. 5) Stay up-to-date with the competitors’ activities and ensure sales team members are on board. 6) Handling Procurement, Logistics management, Vendor Development with objective of cost reduction and control through regular interaction. 7) Maintaining regular follow ups with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely deliveries. 8) Improving Productivity and Cost efficiency of the Unit. 9) Monitoring and controlling of Budgets, Profitability, and Cost Efficiency and avoiding wastage of resources. 10) Profit and Loss Analysis.
