Job Description : FACILITY MANAGERMENT HEAD NIGERIA Good Exposure in Office & Company provided Space Management at Nigeria (like Conference rooms, Club, Chairman, CEO, COOs offices, Office cafeteria, Community center, etc,) Rent Negotiations for office & residential apartments Basic understanding of Office furnishings & company provided domestic furnishings Fleet Management (Purchase & Maintenance of all Company-owned vehicles) Vendor & Contract Management – Budgets, POs, AMCs, Consumable Purchases, kitchen requirements, etc. Office cafeteria Management for 1000 employees (Multiple canteens for India & Nigerian Kitchen) Management of al company-sponsored events(Planning to execution)in & outside Nigeria Management of all Services company employees-Housekeeping, Maintenance staff, Drivers, office & domestic helpers etc. Ability to handle Large set-up volumes as we are a fast-growing company Strive to deliver Internal customer experience by driving improvements in service delivery Desired Candidate Profile MBA with Minimum 15 years of experience into Facility Management
