Job Description : REGIONAL HEAD WEST AFRICA For its Digitech vertical, ETG is looking out to hire a Regional Head- West Africa based in Lagos, Nigeria for Managing day to day operation Including sales & Distribution, Logistics & Operations, dealing with regulatory departments in all WA countries for customs & Taxations, The Profile is responsible to lead in country team and should be able to manage P&L of his channel category and bringing minimum targeted sale across channel. The candidate should have a good understanding of Retail PC & IT industry. Experience of working in a similar industry is must. The profile requires working closely with principal brands office in West Africa & travel across all the West African countries to penetrate & bring desire targeted market share by principal Brands. The role demands strong Sales and networking capabilities, excellent presentation, communication, and reporting skills. Primary responsibilities: Developing Market & Penetrate presence for brands. 1. Visiting clients and potential clients regularly with principal brand to generate leads or promote products and services (field visit). 2. To look over brands presence & Execution in channels. 3. To hire & train teams under him & hire promoters by working closely with brands. 4. To identify the marketing spots for retail activations & Promotion of products. 5. Negotiating / executing sales orders /contracts with prospective clients. Profile should have an ability to influence clients with pricing quotes, promotions, and other related negotiations. Sales Monitoring and Reporting 1. The profile must have an ability to prepare & present weekly / monthly sales report to HQ in DUBAI . Monitor actual sales with targeted sales & should have an expertise to cover up the short fall in succeeding periods. 2. The profile should have an ability to prepare & analyzed sales data country wise / product wise / category wise / customer wise & should be able prepared dashboards and presentations to present the progress. Education qualification and desired experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Business/Science/Engineering and master’s degree in Business is a plus. · Desired work experience for the role is 10+ years in the related industry and having connect with Resellers / Brands. Skills required: · Strong management skills. · Excellent communication skills, in particularly in writing and presentations. · Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. · Strong Sales & Marketing skills. · Affinity with intercultural communication (Africa, Europe, Asia). Behavioral competencies: · Thrive in a fast-paced working environment and can balance different priorities. · Need to be innovative. · Self-starter and all-round mentality; willing to execute simple tasks as well as manage big portfolios. · A passionate and ambitious worker; accurate, efficient, and problem-solving. Important information on travel · Approx. 90% travel (Within Country & HO). · Driving License is a must. Compensation: Competitive (depending on the level of experience).
