Audit Head

Job Description : Head Audit - Large Oil & Gas Group - Lagos, Nigeria - CA preferably passed out in the first attempt - 20+ years of experience of which 10 years could be in regular F & A areas and remaining 10 years in core Audit or Taxation areas. - If all the experience has been in Audit or Taxation, will also do. - Could have worked for around 10 years in large manufacturing industries and 10 years in large consulting companies. (let's avoid all experience in consulting companies) - Should have been the Group head of Audit or Taxation at least for the past three years. Key Responsibilities - Development of Internal Audit Plan after discussion with various stakeholders and get it approved by Group Head / Audit Committee. - Execution and monitoring of Internal Audit Plan which includes bifurcation of the annual plan quarter-wise, development of Terms of Reference & Risk and Controls Matrix for each of the area, monitoring of field work carried out by the team, discussion of Final Report with respective Site President / Senior Management and finalization of the same. - Development of synopsis for various Management meetings & Audit Committee and presentation to them; - Monitoring of implementation of various feedback provided by the Process owners based on Internal Audit observations
