Taxation Head

Job Description : HEAD TAXATION NIGERIA FOR OIL AND GAS GROUP - CA preferably passed out in the first attempt - 20 years of experience of which 10 years could be in regular F & A areas and remaining 10 years in core Audit or Taxation areas. - If all the experience has been in Audit or Taxation, will also do. - Could have worked for around 10 years in large manufacturing industries and 10 years in large consulting companies. (let's avoid all experience in consulting companies) - Should have been the Group head of Audit or Taxation at least for the past three years. Key Responsibilities - Corporate tax advisory and Litigation services. - Lead planning and ensuring compliance with applicable Tax Regulations. - Expeditious resolution of Tax matters when need so arises. - Stakeholder management. - Keeping the organisation aware of the implications of various direct and indirect tax laws on business decisions. - Dealing with tax authorities, Internal coordination & external resources for advice and resolutions. - Tax compliance - computations, deposit, returns & assessments, appeals. - Tax Audit, certification for Transfer Pricing.
