10 yearsJob Description : Country Manager/ Country Head NIGERIA Experience - 10 to 12 Years (Local experience is Must) Language – Proficiency in English Qualification – PGDM / MBA 10-15 years’ experience in various operational/P&L management roles within that specific local market. Diverse experience across start-ups and established companies in that local market and across the geographic region ideally Clearly demonstrated ability to launch new initiatives with meaningful financial impact. Strong experience building and leading diverse teams. Past experience working on alliances and other strategic initiatives between multiple entities. Key Skills/Attributes 1. Strong understanding of P&L with baseline financial acumen 2. Excellent first principle thinking and ability to fundamentally find fresh solutions to difficult challenges. 3. Strong quantitative reasoning ability with a robust fluency in data analysis 5. High energy and strong resiliency & Keen to travel extensively.
