Job Description : HEAD COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS NIGERIA FOR OIL AND GAS COMPANY Total experience of 12-15 years out of which 7-8 years of hands-on exposure on Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards concept in a larger set-up Exposure on designing & driving the Compensation Strategy, including Salary Benchmarking and suggesting Annual Increment plan to the Top Management 2-3 years of work experience in any HR Consulting Earlier may have handled Payroll process for a large company with headcount more than 5000-either under HR or Finance verticals Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. Has to be good with numbers or numeric calculations Desired Candidate Profile BBA/MBA with minimum 12 years of experience into Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefit part
