Job Description : TALENT ACQUISITION HEAD NIGERIA FOR OIL AND GAS COMPANY Hands-on HR background person who has handled TA activities in bigger companies in the Steel, Power, Petroleum or any their large manufacturing sector sectors including EPC companies where the hiring numbers were very high Very good communicator, ability to convince & negotiate with the prospective candidates Basic understanding of psychometric profiling, certification will be an added advantage Should have led large TA teams in previous assignments Should be certified in Interviewing Skills and ability to deliver on TATs Exposure to drive Job portals & fill positions through internal job postings Desired Candidate Profile BBA/MBA with Minimum 10-15 years of experience into Large Scale Recruitment of Africa
