Job Description : Manufacturing Head Location: Indore Mandatory Industry Experience: 2-Wheelers Manufacturing only Education: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical is a must Offer CTC: 80 to 90 LPA Candidate must carry 18 to 24 years of leading manufacturing operations for Two-Wheeler companies currently or previously and lead a big plant with a large team. Key Job Responsibilities: · Demonstrates business understanding in effectively translating business strategy to plant operating targets by way of policy deployment and by aligning functional teams to achieve these · Directing all aspects of manufacturing operations for the plant or facility in order to produce cost-effective, timely and high quality products · Knowledge of at least two or three areas out of press shop, body shop, paint shop, engine m/c shop & assembly and vehicle assembly · Managing development, implementation and continual improvement of the operating methods, equipment, systems and other operating infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives · Is a strong and capable overall administrator who has a full picture view of entire plant operations and can quickly diagnose root causes of issues faced as well as detect · Institutionalize various processes, systems, standards & discipline in the plant in order to achieve operational excellence. Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of the same continually in the plant and leverages best practices for improving them · Plan and strategies CAPEX /Budgeting requirement of assembly line.
