Job Description : VP – Mining Experience: 15+ years Education: Bachelor Degree in Mining Location: - D R Congo, Central Africa Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for Mining Activities; o HEMM and Garage, actual BCM/tons ore etc., - Capex / Opex Management, overall review and controls. o Drilling & Blasting o Dewatering o Water Recycling o Tailing Dam o Pit wall stability system implementation o Review of Mining Safety protocols o Reconciliation system for mining. · Review the current team and fill the gaps where required, while ensuring current team members are given chance to grow, through training program, career plan etc. · Nationals to be promoted where possible in each position and take this as commitment with each site team · Costs / Analysis / Budgets and Actuals reviews and improvements where possible · Assure Ore required for Production with grades are available / Capex are maintained well / Safety and Environment adhere to international standards while cost control · Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Group Chairman
