With the expected growth in demand for Electricity in the Philippines, and their desire to reduce Carbon Emissions, they seek a Senior Project Development Manager experienced in the field of Renewable Energy Projects focused on Wind & Hydro Power Plants to join their Development Team. Reporting to the VP Project Development, the role of AVP – Wind and Hydro Renewable Energy Projects will be keenly focused on Renewable Power Plant opportunities within the Philippines. This is a challenging opportunity where you will bring to the role your solid mix of Technical and Commercial experiences to provide leadership within the corporation in this field. Your breadth of responsibility will range from concept development through to the establishment of the EPC Contract. The ideal candidate will most likely possess a mix of Engineering and Finance/Commercial qualifications which have supported their technical and commercial acumen in the development of successful projects within the Renewable Energy field. This experience will include an understanding of Land acquisition, permitting, stakeholder management, Financial Modelling, Power Purchase Agreements, Negotiations of EPC Contracts, Regulatory Compliance etc…
