Job Description : CFO NIGERIA Largest Business group of Nigeria region and is looking for CFO with experience in Banking and Treasury, Business Partnering, Financial Control, Governance, and Systems. * Job Requirements - Experience of leading and managing finance of large-to-mid sized company. Deep and wide finance function knowledge of at least 3-4 areas. (Commercial, Banking & Treasury, Accounting & Internal Control, Taxation, Governance & risk) Deep understanding of business operations, key drivers (of revenues and costs) and significant understanding of how to improve operations. Experience of working in Nigeria. Experience of managing B/S and P/L. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders. Mature, high EQ, aggressive, and strong commercial judgment. Structured approach, problem solving ability and analytical skills *Job Role - The role is responsible for driving the financial strategy and implementation to achieve the business vision of Company. The role is expected to manage financial & operational health of the company and create value for the stakeholders. The key objective is to create highly efficient, profitable and process-oriented organization which attracts good valuation.
