Job Description : General Manager for Lagos - Nigeria . Industry - Real Estate Education - University Degree - Civil Engineering Exp - 15- 20 Years Duties & Responsibilities - 1.Multiple Projects handling capacity with travelling across to monitor the real progress on site. 2. Execution of the projects within the Time, Quality & Cost Parameters. 3. Ability to accept New Technologies and challenges in course of project management by in depth analysis and implementation of the process across the region. 4.Project Coordination with driving a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and liaising with different stakeholders at all stages of the project for securing approvals, finalization of specifications, reporting progress and final handover. 5. Project planning (L1-L4 Level), administration and resources identification, deployment & control of manpower. 6. Carrying out screening studies, concept, and feasibility assessments. 7. Coordinating meetings to provide a forum to Contractors and project team to discuss & resolve potentials, for exchanging information required for various aspects. 8. Carrying out routine & periodical inspection of various activities for managing projects & infrastructure quality of construction. 9.Preparing construction plans & monitoring work in progress for ensuring adherence to quality standards & procedures. 10. Evaluating changes for time extension and variation costs and assessing requirements before and after the commencement of work. Extending technical support for procurement. 11.Constant check and control over billing. 12.Relationship Building. 13. Project Cost Control Knowledge: – comprehensive experience gained in the field of Project Management, execution & Planning, Tendering/Cost management, Site & Construction Management, Vendor Management, Quality Control and Team Management.
