Job Description : CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR DUBAI is a well known building contracting company is looking to hire a Contruction Director for their MEA operations. We are looking for a candidate who comes with an extensive experience in: • Mobilizing men, materials and equipments • Excellent negotiation skills to work with sub contractors • Stakeholder management skills to manage clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and sub contractors • Manage project progress, deviations and risks • Chairing weekly progress meeting with the Team to include issues related to progress, QA/QC, health and safety etc. • General administration of site and site offices
