Civil & Structural Lead Design Engineer

Job Description : Civil & Structural Lead Design Engineer Location : Kuwait Minimum 15 Years of experience required Experience in managing large sized projects in Oil and Gas industry while leading a team. Job Requirements: 1. Acts as engineering coordinator for an assigned Service Order. 2. Reviews and approves Invitation To Bid (ITB) including tender conditions and specifications. 3. Provides guidance to the Design Engineers and ensures the Services are implemented within the established cost, time, and scope. 4. Reviews and checks calculation, designs, new or modified drawings, materials / equipment specifications / data sheets prepared in-house or by engineering Consultants / Contractors for completeness, accuracy and conformity to design standards and codes. 5. Follows the applicable procedures for signing off design verification sheets. 6. Ensures compliance with planned man hours in actual execution of work. 7. Take part in 3D Model reviews, Construction reviews, Design reviews. 8. Reviewing engineering calculations and reports prepared in Staad Pro. 9. Interface with Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors for completion of engineering activities 10.Adhere to the HSE requirements stipulated by Company/Clients
