Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UAE leading food manufacturing business in search of a Finance Manager to ensure the effective budgeting and planning process aligns with the company’s objectives and timelines · Enhancing the efficiency of operations through automation and reducing paperwork · Preparation of operating budget of the company with detailed analysis and reports related to sales growth, GP, expenses, and profitability · Ensure full budgetary control for Opex and Capex · Ensure annual budgets are prepared on time with a complete analysis · Monthly / weekly MIS reports with variance analysis, highlighting major deviations · Supervise and guide accounts receivable supervisor in effective control of overdue and selling prices/schemes · Closely monitor the doubtful AR balances for timely action · Checking and processing the monthly payroll, including expense claims/reimbursements · Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information · Timely payment to vendors as agreed on payment terms · Supervise the performance of subordinates and assess the training needs and development for the team · Candidate must be certified with a strong FMCG background · Minimum of 8 years of experience accounts and finance · Ideally coming from manufacturing and distribution services · Strong knowledge of SAP systems · Excellent communication skills in English · Arabic is a plus
