Operations Manager

Job Description : QUARRY OPERATIONS MANAGER THAILAND one of the leading building and constructions material company based in Suphanburi, Thailand. Reporting directly to GM and CEO, this is a role for an expert who has a strong technical skill and proven experience in design, develop quarry and pit development activities including site mining, drilling & blasting plan and control in corporation with both internal and external parties. In this business critical role, you will lead overall drilling and blasting activities including design, planning and contractor supervision and execution. You will also be a key person to develop drilling & blasting knowledge and skill as well as related regulation and compliance to related knowledge, skill own and contractor employees. The compensation package is attractive with performance bonus, provident fund and medical insurance. Perform drilling & blasting analysis and ensure feed material quality and consistency Build drilling and blasting technical capability to pit development & quarry operation employees and share the best practices Lead for OH&S, environmental standard and comply with government regulations to eliminate risks in all drilling & blasting activities Perform plant performance & reliability analysis and propose improvement solutions Minimise environmental impacts regarding blasting to community Maintain feed material at high quality and consistency To succeed in this job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with stakeholders, across borders and internal matrix. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mining Engineering or any related field Minimum of 15 years' experience in drilling & blasting, mining (open pit), quarry and pit development or resources management Excellent interpersonal skill, influence people, leadership, passion for high performance Knowledge of mine planning, mine and crushing plant operations
