Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR BRAZIL A very exciting Finance Director - Agribusiness position has just become available at a large Agribusiness based in São Paulo. You will be leading the Finance Department, reporting into the CFO and the opportunity for growth is massive. You will become fundamental to the business and will be assisting with the structuring of the company's financial management and will have a broad view of financial processes. Leading and managing the Finance Department. Overseeing and checking the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitoring and projection of cash flow. Validation of monthly closing DRE and balance sheet. Attending meetings with shareholders and investors. Tax analysis and relationship with external partners. Taking control of financial processes. At least 10+ years of professional experience of leading finance departments. Proven experience of working in Agribusiness. Management experience of big teams. Strong knowledge of all financial processes involved in a company (accounting/tax/financial projections) including cash projection and control. Preferably someone who has experience of setting up processes in these areas. To be agile and able to adapt. A go-getter with a lot of energy and will put in a lot of effort. This Finance Director – Agribusiness presents a lot of potential for the right person. You will be able to work autonomously and will have the ability to position yourself and make decisions and propose solutions.
