Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD SALES THAILAND one of leading automotive tier 1 company. This is a role for an outstanding Country head who has solid background in Aftersales for Automotive Industry. In this critical function, you will play an important leader role to lead after-sales team, develop new opportunity for the company. You will enjoy attractive base salary with allowance for this role. Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal Organise promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity Supervise the operations of after sales teams to ensure set targets are met Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives To manage all service and technical aspects for the full range of product with the objective of achieving the set targets. To assist with the facilitation and implementation of after sales marketing related activities and the retail network and ensure that all activities are coherent in direction Visiting key customers at their HQ (Procurement Directors, Engineering, Industrial Directors, etc.) and at their plants Updating weekly, reporting monthly sales and pipeline Strongly engaged in working with the regional customer care teams to improve supply chain of parts and recruitment and training of new engineers and specialists Experience in after sales is essential Experience of minimum 20 years managing service teams Strong knowledge of food and beverage process engineering, and experience in equipment integration, servicing and solutions is an added advantage Proven sales track record in securing results and meeting profit and sales targets Highly motivated individual, diligent and proactive business attitudes with leadership and entrepreneur flair Ability to handle full responsibilities of customer's accounts in the territories Self-starter, independent worker, but definitely a team player with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills Candidate need to be able to demonstrate strong trust and sincerity with customers. Its critical for Key Accounts. Need to have strong presentation and listening skills Need to have a strong desire for problem solving
