Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA A Salt Manufacturing company in Nigeria is looking for a seasoned Production Manager. Your Role: Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager will build a strong culture within the factory and play a leading role in ensuring KPIs of Production are monitored and achieved. Supervising daily production activities through close monitoring and coordination with Production Supervisors, ensuring Production at 100% rate of the agreed weekly plan, resolving all labor related issues, developing an open culture of learning and development and leading timely review meetings would be the primary tasks. Must Haves: Competent Production Managers with Engineering Background having at least 15+ years of management experience under their belt having strong exposure to Salt line would be the ideal match. Candidates who are based outside of UAE must be open to relocate in Nigeria. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
