Job Description : Distribution Manager for leading FMCG manufacturing to be based out at Tanzania The incumbents: 1. Qualification: BA 2. Must have a minimum of 8 years ’experince in similar responsibilities 3. Ensure timely allocation of stocks to customer 4. Ensure collection and order processing for timely loading 5. Order lead Time (i.e., Timely order delivery) 6. Ensure accuracy of Order Cycle Time 7. Customers Performance 8. Minimum Customer Complains 9. Order rationing during the loading process 10. Manpower and Vehicle Utilization 11. Fuel economy per vehicle 12. Fleet assets utilization 13. Day sales outstanding 14. The discipline of the team and clients 15. Ensure safety and Compliance
