Production Engineer

Job Description : Production/Maintenance Engineer - Injection Moulding and Blow Moulding NIGERIA Roles and Responsibilities leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging supplying to health care, pharmaceutical & cosmetics industries - Should have experience in handling Injection moulding machines upto 450 tonnes. Both Indian and Chinese. - Should have experience in blow moulding machines from 1 ltr up to 20 liters - Well experience in machine maintenance and operation - Experience in a variety of hot runner systems and precision moulding is a must - Must be able to do preventive maintenance on multi cavity hot runner moulds - Proper handling of manpower and allocation of resources - Shift wise raw material planning - Production reporting on a shift wise basis with clear tracking of wastage and grinding - Training of new operators - Achieving production targets based upon sale plan - Knowledge of 5S a plus
