Job Description : PLANT ENGINEER TANZANIA in food and beverage production business Responsible for: ¶ planning and carrying out maintenance programs for all plant machineries ¶ reinforcing HSE standards and compliance thereof ¶ monitoring, tracking and improving productivity KPIs ¶ preparing and implementing training programs for technical and operation teams ¶ reviewing, developing and improving policies and SOPs ¶ champions new machinery installation, automation and commissioning ¶ preparing and presenting technical reports and proposals for management use *Key requirements* ¶ Degree mechanical, electrical, automechanical or related ¶ 10yrs experience working in the manufacturing sector/FMCG ¶ Fluent in English and Kiswahili ¶ Excellent interpersonal skills
