Job Description : COO PUNE INDIA key tier 1 automotive manufacturing company in Pune (JV with a MNC) to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The incumbent should have 20+ years of experience primarily from the automotive sector and would be accountable for business strategies (design & implement), establish policies that promote company's culture and vision. The role demands the prospective professional to achieve and surpass sales targets, manage profitability, cash flow, and lead and ensure optimal performance extraction from the employees. As a functional/ technical competence - the incumbent should have in-depth knowledge of product & manufacturing process, quality assurance, root cause analysis, machine knowledge. Should be aware of ISO TS 16949 and worked on SAP. The maximum age criteria for the role is 45 years.
