Project Safety Head

Job Description : PROJECT SAFETY HEAD NIGERIA 20-25 years experience · Responsible for entire HSE w r to construction, commissioning and operational activities in coordination with PMC- Wood and EPCCs - LTHE & CTCI Taiwan. Review of construction requirement documents, construction audits, method statements, Hazard analysis, and risk assessment, labor camps safety, etc. · Safe execution of day-to-day construction activities like working at height, scaffolding, confined space, electrical isolations, LOTO, Toolbox talk, HSE training, meeting with EPCCs, construction audit compliance, contractors safety management, etc. · Overall responsible to set up an emergency response & emergency-crisis management for LNG terminal as per national and international standards. · Overall responsible to manage environmental compliances like consent for establishment (CTE), ESIA study, HW authorization and management, air, water, and environmental monitoring at the site. Identification of environmental requirements including grass-root LNG terminal project. · Preparation of documents like HSE policy, life savings rules, HSE management, Contract Management, Risk assessment, HSE training, the emergency response including disaster management, HSE plan, HIRA, Incident investigation system development, EPCs HSE Compliance, security plan, security policies, environmental management plan, Health management requirements, Fire Service management, etc. · Identification and compliance of all HSE legal and regulatory requirements including construction, and operation phase of the terminal. · Expertise in conducting HSE inspections, safety inductions & audits, emergency mock drills & risk assessment (HITRA), Project HSE Management, Construction HSE plans, and safe operating procedures for various new projects construction in Oil & Gas, Onshore Terminal. · Creditable knowledge in Working at height, Confined space entry, Hazard Identification, PTW, Isolations, LOTO, Rescue plan, Crisis and Continuity management, emergency planning to ensure conformity w r to safety. Capable to ensure road safety, safe movement of cranes, excavators, and heavy vehicles required for project construction
