Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : GROUP CFO PHILIPPINES one of the largest distributors of electronic goods. Our respective client is looking for a Group Chief Finance Officer who will be responsible for the planning, implementing and managing all the finance activities of the organization that includes business planning, budgeting, negotiations and forecasting. This position requires onsite work reporting from Monday-Friday, Saturdays could be work from home and will be reporting to Managing Director. Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare sales target of all channels and stores which should be a balance between the segments/stores' capability and the company's profitability Prepare timely financial reports on a consolidated, per company down to a per store level Provide analysis on the variances between comparable periods Exercising strong collaboration with peers and other units of the company to ensure alignment with internal strategies Make sense of the data information and its correlation Provide data-driven recommendations and decisions Effectively communicate with employees to foster positive working relationship Provide strategic leadership and direction on the finance side of the group Provide advice and design on how to maximize the profit with minimal risk Forecast budgets and expenses, ensure healthy cash flow Harmonizing relationships with suppliers and banks Provide reasonable assessment in the appraisal of new projects or company acquisition Oversee the compliance with various government agencies especially in the field of taxation Job Requirements At least 25 years relevant work experience out of which 5 in the same role. Team management experience is a must Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, must be a CPA, Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics or a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is an advantage Competent in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Cash management, Corporate Finance, Taxation and Banking Must be a visionary, a leader and a financial strategist Experience in project management and planning with problem solving abilities With strong work ethic, reliable, decisive, willing to work long hours as necessary INTERVIEWS STATRT FIRST WEEK MARCH, JOINING 11TH APRIL 2022
