Job Description : DEPARTMENT HEAD PLANT ENGINEERING FOR MINING INDONESIA professional with at least 15 years' experience in mining or heavy equipment sector for the job of Department Head Plant Engineering. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include: Develop and implement work plan accordingly to business strategy Ensuring Physical Availability target is achieved for all units in all job site area Performing failure analysis for equipment and electrical, extended lifetime component analysis, Fabrication Design. Manage Warranty claim, especially form technical aspects Develop strategy to achieve efficient management in Rebuilt Centre Ensure implementation of policies and procedure in Plant Engineering Division Plan manpower needs, competency development, and performance monitoring Coordinating with Procurement, Logistic Dept, Engineering, Production Dept, Legal, Accounting & Tax and HRGA Division Liaise with vendor, supplier or provider Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or relevant field At least 15 years of experience in Plant Operation in Heavy equipment distributor or mining contractor Strong experience in Workshop, Tools & Facilities Management, Maintenance & planning, budgeting, equipment technical analysis, and contract management Excellent communication skill, leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, growth mindset.
