Job Description : Finance Controller INDONESIA Company: Part of a large Business Conglomerate Role: Head of Accounts, Finance and Commercial activities of the company Reporting to: Vice President - Operations & CEO Experience: 10 — 15 years in Manufacturing Companies; MUST have Indonesia Work Experience Qualification: CA • End to End Finance, Accounts & Commercial • Treasury Management — Forex Management and banking • Direct & Indirect Taxes • Audits (Financial, Statutory & Internal Audits) • Establishing Process controls and checks • Statutory Compliance • Vendor Management Key points: • From manufacturing companies only • Candidates working in Indonesia at present preferable • Indonesia work experience MUST • Ability to speak Bahasa language — added advantage • Man Management Skills • Good Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills • Hands on approach • Experience of reporting directly to Stake Holders and Board Members IT Skill: SAP and Advanced MS Office CTC: US$5000-10000 pm + Expatriate benefits; negotiable; depends on Experience
