Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER CAMEROON FOR PHARMA Sales ownership of the assigned regions, Team handling role which will challenge the candidate's skills and make him/her grow as a leader Management of off roll staff to eke out the best performance from them and to ensure all the sales objectives are met, Gauging the pulse of the market by venturing out onto the field and completing a specific field working hours, Managing new products launch regulatory work follow ups with countries KOL management Required Candidate profile We are looking for a go getter candidate who can take the responsibility of heading sales for Cameroon and other neighbouring countries Fluency in French is a bare essential for applying for this role Passion to sell products which are complex and are not 'Me Too' products would be one of the qualities required to apply for the job
