Job Description : EXPORT MANAGER KENYA FOR BEVERAGES Strategic Purpose of this position. To grow & maintain growth of sales volumes, Gross Profit and price & pack across all active export markets. • To secure the right market execution focus & quality across all categories & markets • To manage and grow the full beverage portfolio in line with the overall commercial strategy. • To develop, supervise, motivate & maintain an efficient sales team in relevant export markets. • To review sales & Market execution performance and take prompt actions to improve/maximize performance • To develop and execute Export plans in line with the overall strategy in Africa • To be an active and contributor to a successful management team. The Export Manager is responsible for: Sales • Develop and implement the overall export strategy for • Develop and manage sales mix & Gross Profit in line with the overall Export strategy. • Develop and implement yearly sales plans per relevant export market • Setup relevant distribution targets together with marketing per brand/SKU and secure the right market execution to achieve the targets • Lead & drive a professional sales team with frontline obsession in selected Export markets, that can live up to channel relevant customer and consumer demands in a profitable way • Evaluating the effectiveness of individual BTL activities, and where relevant, analyzing the efficiency of marketing spend (ROI). • Identifying and developing news ways to win in outlet execution, taking inspiration from other categories. Key Account Management • Develop and implement a yearly Key Account strategy in relevant markets • Develop and implement yearly Key Account plans together with relevant Key Accounts • Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with relevant Key Accounts Distributor & WS Management • In relevant export markets, develop and implement a yearly Distributor & WS strategy including a loyalty program with offspring in a WIN/WIN/WIN mind set. • Track Distributor & WS performance on a daily, weekly and monthly base. • Drive and manage quarterly review meetings with key Distributors and Wholesalers. SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION • Masters or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar. • Ability to independently build and run the daily work. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English. • Building constructive relationships with external partners and stakeholders. • Strong verbal and communication skills. Mandate The position holder is committed to follow the target guidelines that are given by the COO. The position holder can act within the frame of the approved strategies and budgets. Further mandate to be agreed with the COO. Key Skills: MBA with More than 10 years of experience into Export Sales Operation and takes care of Entire profit &Loss responsibility. Important Note:- Should have minimum 8 years of experience into East africa Market and know kenya and east africa market . Should be from Top Beverages Industry. Required Experience: 10-15 yrs
