Re-align Business Pillars (Leadership, Customer Networking & Revenue Growth , New Product Development, Operations, Quality Management, Cost Management, Financial Management, HR & OD, Supplier Management, Data Management and Review Mechanism.) Long Term Business Visibility & actions for Growth & Profitability. Liaison With Ministers, Sr.Bankers, Senior Govt. Officials for Approvals, Licencing, Work Permit Etc. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships.
