Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD KSA for RETAIL 15-20 years experience · To deliver budgeted profits / ROI · Building & leading a strong team of sales, accounts, HR & service. · Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. · Communicating with principals & working in tandem to develop strategies / plans to increase business. · Planning and implementing GTM initiatives · Identifying & developing customer accounts · Identifying & adding new brands / portfolios to the business · Inventory management Knowledge & experience in setting up 3PL Desired Candidate Profile A senior level professional based in Saudi Arabia & who has managed an overall business independently and delivered profits & has a good overall perspective on these aspects. · Knowledge & understanding of the lifestyle products. · Thorough knowledge of Saudi Arabia market. · Overall business perspective on financials & managing; for better profits / ROIs · Personnel management & leadership skills including identification of suitable manpower for building the team · Sales & marketing: hands on experience in handling hypermarkets, dealer sales & ecommerce platforms.
