Assistant General Manager

Job Description : AGM MECHANICAL PROJECT DRC 20+ years experience Candidate must be good in Green Field Project Execution & with good EPC / Mining / Metal Processing Industry - As AGM the individual will be responsible for managing multiple Data Center Physical projects, both Brown filed & green field, complex Schedules & Budgets, in a multivendor environments with broad interdependencies and ensure that they meet all Quality Parameters, delivered on time and within Cost. - He will work with diverse individuals and groups within and outside the organization and ensure all KPI of the project are met. - Will be responsible for overall Project management. It would include developing detailed Project Plan/Schedule, Resource Planning and Budgeting, Resource Assignments, Risk Management, Quality and Cost Management etc. - Capable of leading multiple, complex, multi-disciplinary projects through the entire lifecycle of Project including Planning & Budgeting, Initiation / Execution / Tracking and reporting / Sign-off / Financials, Quality/Time/Cost controls and Signoff/closure. - Should have excellent inter-personal skill and capable of driving diverse set of people and vendors to common goal. - Works independently and collaboratively with other stakeholders
