Job Description : ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER DRC 20+ years experience To understand the Distribution System for the upcoming project • To review the status of Procurement status for the ongoing projects and find critical path if any. • To understand the Design & Engineering done so far for KARU 30K & SMC 50 Projects and taking over from there to complete it within target. • His performance shall be measured in terms of achieving the targeted activities for the projects being handled by him. • Must have thorough knowledge of conceptualizing the project from scrap. • Doing Load Calculations, Preparing SLD for Power Distribution Scheme of the project • Equipment Sizing and Finalizing Specifications for the Electrical Equipments. • Review of Detailed Engineering Documents • Resource Planning & Co-ordination for Execution of Electrical Projects. • Must have entire experience of managing large scale projects • Must have Good knowledge of Electrical Protection and Relay Testing • Must have executed projects like: Air Insulated EHT Switchyard, Transmission Lines, Medium Voltage Substation, HT & LT Cable laying & Termination, HT Motors Installation, Testing & Commissioing, High Current Rectifiers, Large size Power Transformers, Centralized UPS System Location - Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa
