Senior Contracts Manager

Job Description : Senior Contracts Manager for a multi-billion infrastructure project in in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate for this role should have a Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying and a min. of 15 years of experience in the handling and management of contracts on major infrastructure projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field from recognized university In-depth knowledge and experience in contracts management of projects at both pre contract, tender/procurement and post contract stages. Deep understanding of contracts, contract preparation, tendering and bids evaluation. Professional accreditation and membership of industry-leading and internationally recognize institute(s) is a plus; (MRICS, MCIOB, MCIPS, MCIArb) Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience Must understand FIDIC contracts
