Deputy Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Deputy COO- Wide Range of Aluminium Products NIGERIA Overall responsibility of operations from rolling division, extrusion division, kitchenware division, roofing division and household division. · Coordinating operations of various manufacturing units in order to achieve consistent growth & profitability. · Identifying opportunities, integrating & implementing comprehensive business plans across the group. · Building a strong team of motivated professionals. · Strategic planning, troubleshooting, implementation of best practices & strong management systems across the group. · 30 years of experience in Aluminium manufacturing industries at senior managerial level, with minimum 10 years as Managing Director/ CEO of a reputed large sized company. · In-depth exposure in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, R&M cost control of Aluminium rolling is a must. · Exposure to cast house & cold rolling process/operations is a must. · Exposure to manufacturing quality systems, GKW/lean management, and exposure to ERP will be highly preferred. · Degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Management qualification from reputable Institutions.
