Job Description : PROCUREMENT MANAGER UAE Procurement Manager (International Procurernent Exp) Professional Summary: Supply Chain Planner with experience in planning, sourcing, buying and monitoring of finished product movements so as to procure raw materials and packing material. Having exceptional knowledge on EXIM, SCM & possessing excellent comrnunication and problem-solving skills. Education & qualification: Supply Chain Management / MBA (SCM / Logistics) Job Location- Dubai, UAE industry- Petrochemicals / Lubricants Mandatory Experience- 8 to 10 Years in Paint and coating raw material or trading experience (Mandatory), Supply chain activities in Bulk (Mandatory) Last Working Industry- Chemical Plant / Paint and Coating Industry (Mandatory) Roles & Responsibility: - Manage planning, sourcing, buying and monitoring activities in a cost-effective manner. - Experience in procurement and liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and relevant vendors to arrange all the raw materials for production including but not limited to packaging material, labels, base oils, additives, wax, Chernicals, Specialty Chemicals etc. - Receive and analyze Purchase Requisitions from Mech/Electrical/Instrumentation/ Maintenance Dept, Factory Raw Materials-Production and send enquiry to suppliers -Receive quotations, conduct price and cost analysis of proposals. - Expedite placement of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of material. - Negotiate payment terms with new Vendors and improve payment terms with existing Vendors. - Coordinate with local freight forwarders to ensure smooth flow of logistics. - Facilitate preparation of LPO with support from accounts and process requisitions and PO for supplies 8, Coordinate with the dispatch Officer in factory to ensure the good received - Authorize invoices as per LPO issued, verify based y quantity, quality of goods indicated and advise the Accounts dept to proceed.
